In either secure printing or automated printing mode, payment processing may
be configured as follows:
- COMPLIMENTARY - the Guest2Printer service
can be configures as a Value Added Service so guests can print freely
at no charge; or
- CREDIT CARD PAYMENT - guests are required
to enter credit card information before printing is allowed. Guests are charged on
a per page basis.
By implementing credit card payment processing, the Guest2Printer service becomes
a Revenue Generator for the hotel, generating a profit from every page printed by a guest!
Guests must enter their credit card information before printing
and are charged on a "per page" basis.
The credit payment option may be implemented in one of two ways:
- Using Net2Printer's credit card merchant account - the hotel is paid a commision
for each page printed according to the following schedule; or
- Using a credit card merchant account provided by the hotel - Net2Printer charges the hotel
25 cents for every page printed.
