The Net2Printer Guest Printing solution provides a secure easy way for your
guests to print without the need to load any special software or drivers. Guests visit
a secure web page customized for your hotel and upload their documents through a simple interface.
The documents are then sent to your hotel's printer where they are either printed automatically, or
held until a unique Doc ID is entered by the guest.

Printing may be configured in two different ways depending upon your hotel's
requirements:
- SECURE PRINTING - after your guests upload
their documents via their web browser, they are given a Document ID. This
Document ID must be entered before the document can be printed; or
- AUTOMATED PRINTING - after your guests
upload their documents via their web browser, the document prints automatically
once received, complete with a cover page listing the guest's name, room number,
number of pages, and the date and time sent. The document can then be held for
pickup.
